PAYMENT METHOD

Please make your payment within 3 days of checking out/making your purchase. Payment must be made in full and be cleared before the item is shipped. If payment is not received within 3 days, the merchandise will be re-listed.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders ship by Canada Post. Most items on the website are in stock and ready to ship within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. I will do our best to ship next day whenever possible, but if the item is ordered over the weekend we will send it out first thing Monday.

If you would like to upgrade to faster shipping methods on your package, please e-mail me prior to making your payment. I will find out the additional cost.

Loss or Damage through Canada Post or your Postal Service, unfortunately I am unable to be responsible for the handling of purchase once it has been shipped.

 
DUTIES and CUSTOMS
 
Duties and customs are the buyer's responsibility.
 
 
RETURNS and REFUNDS
 
Within 7 days, exchange only. If for any reason the item you receive is not as you expected, please e-mail me to make arrangements within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be asked to send back the original item. We will notify you after it is back. You will have a credit for the value of the original purchase not including the cost of shipping. Shipping on your new item(s) will then be free.
 
 
PACKAGING
 
All items will be wrapped in bubbled sheet and packaged appropriately.
